QUALITY COMPONENTS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Our flight cases are designed and manufactured by engineers with relevant experience in the field of technical equipments, using only top quality components from Adam Hall and Penn Elcom. The production process is mostly automated and assisted by the CNC technology, giving a precise technological flow. With the help of automation, customised software and our more than 20 years of experience in production, we can offer you the best solutions for protecting your equipments, even in eXtreme conditions.
RACK USABLE DEPTH
This rack comes with a 700 mm usable depth. The rack usable depth should be at least the same as the depth of your deepest equipment. If you want to leave some cables connected, you should add them to the depth (usually, 70 mm is enough for most of the connectors). The rack usable depth doesn't include the lids and is measured between the front and back rack rails or the inside edge of the closing hybrid if no back rack rail is mounted.
RACK LIDS DEPTH
Our rack comes with a 65 mm depth for the front and back lids. The lid depth is measured on the inside of the lid. The lids are identical so you can freely switch them between the front and back of the rack. When planning your lid depth, you should pay attention to your equipment. If it has knobs or handles on the front or if you need more space for the cables connected at the back of the equipment, you should choose a rack with enough lid depth for them.
HEAVY DUTY RECESSED HANDLES ON THE SIDE
This rack comes with 4 heavy duty sprung steel handles mounted on the sides. The handles have a strengthened top plate and black full width PVC grip.
HEAVY DUTY BUTTERFLY CATCHES
This rack comes with 8 heavy duty butterfly catches, recessed, galvanised steel. Our butterfly catches have a push-down mechanism that lifts the hook out of the keeper plate on opening and leads it back into the dish on closing. This offers an ideal handling and minimises risk of injury and damage.
100 mm CASTORS FULL-BOARD
Our rack comes with 4 pcs of 100 mm blue wheels castors (2 with brake and 2 without brake), which have a rated load per set of 450 kg. The castors are mounted using a full-board plywood 15 mm thick.
