Our flight cases are designed and manufactured by engineers with relevant experience in the field of technical equipments, using only top quality components from Adam Hall and Penn Elcom. The production process is mostly automated and assisted by the CNC technology, giving a precise technological flow. With the help of automation, customised software and our more than 20 years of experience in production, we can offer you the best solutions for protecting your equipments, even in eXtreme conditions.
DIVIDER BETWEEN THE TVs
We use a foam-covered plywood divider between the TVs to better protect the screen. This way you are sure that the screens are protected during transport and there is no risk that, for example, the TV will slip out of your hand and hit the TV screen that is already in the flight case.
TAPERED FOAM EDGES
Our tapered foam edges make it easier for you to slide the TV inside the foam pads.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORY POCKETS
You can replace the foam padding with accessory pockets on all of the corners of the flight case. Use them for storing remotes, cables and wall mount accessories. Do note that they add about 12 kg to the weight of the flight case.
KEEP THE WALL MOUNT INSTALLED ON THE TV
Our foam padding is at least 50 mm thick, meaning that you can keep wall mounts of up to 50 mm deep installed on the back of the TV. If you choose the accessory pockets, the total width of the flight case increases and you can keep wall mounts of about 120 mm deep installed on the back of the TV.
100 MM BLUE CASTORS
Our flight case comes with 4 pcs of 100 mm blue wheels castors (2 with brake and 2 without brake), which have a rated load per set of 450 kg. The castors are mounted using 15 mm thick plywood skids.
LABELING
You can choose between a self adhesive label, a recessed label dish or both of them. Our self adhesive labels are laminated with protective clear foil surface. They can be easily cleaned and re-used without print fade.
ENGRAVING
Many of our images show flight cases engraved with brand and model or client logo. This is not included, our standard flight cases come without engraving. If you would like your flight case to be engraved with your company logo, please add this option to the cart. You will receive an email from us requesting a vector file with your logo. If you don't have a vector file, we can vectorise it for you for an extra fee. You will be informed on the additional price for vectorising your logo, as this differs depending on the complexity. If you only want the brand or model of the equipment engraved then simply add the engraving option to the cart and we will manage the rest.
BIRCH PLYWOOD COLOURS PALETTE
Our birch plywood comes in a variety of colours for you to choose from. Our standard is the Black Hexa Design Plywood. Only the finish differs from colour to colour, the birch plywood used is the same. Do note that the production time and price will increase if you choose something different from our standard Black Hexa Design Plywood.
