Our flight cases are designed and manufactured by engineers with relevant experience in the field of technical equipments, using only top quality components from Adam Hall and Penn Elcom. The production process is mostly automated and assisted by the CNC technology, giving a precise technological flow. With the help of automation, customised software and our more than 20 years of experience in production, we can offer you the best solutions for protecting your equipments, even in eXtreme conditions.
1 DIVIDER INCLUDED
Our flight case comes with 1 divider included. The dividers are built from 10 mm Baltic Birch Plywood, with tapered edges to slide easily inside the channels. If you need more dividers, you can buy them here.
15MM CHANNELS DISTANCE
You can freely move the dividers inside the flight case in steps of 15 mm. Just as an example, our FlexiTrans 600 comes with 19 channels for dividers.
EURO-PALLET COMPATIBLE
These flight cases are built to fit almost perfectly on an euro-pallet, thus maximising the truck floor space usage. Two pieces of FlexiTrans 600 or two pieces of FlexiTrans 800 or 1 piece of FlexiTrans 1200 occupy the same floor space as an euro-pallet.
STACKING CASTOR DISHES INCLUDED
Our standard FlexiTrans flight case comes with 4 stacking castor dishes. Buy more than one piece of the same model and you can stack them on top of each other to occupy less floor space during transport or storage.
OPTIONAL CARPET OR FOAM LINING
As a standard, our flight case comes without any interior lining. You can optionally add 3mm thick carpet lining or 10 mm thick foam lining for the interior.
You can choose between a self adhesive label, a recessed label dish or both of them. Our self adhesive labels are laminated with protective clear foil surface. They can be easily cleaned and re-used without print fade.
ENGRAVING
Many of our images show flight cases engraved with brand and model or client logo. This is not included, our standard flight cases come without engraving. If you would like your flight case to be engraved with your company logo, please add this option to the cart. You will receive an email from us requesting a vector file with your logo. If you don't have a vector file, we can vectorise it for you for an extra fee. You will be informed on the additional price for vectorising your logo, as this differs depending on the complexity. If you only want the brand or model of the equipment engraved then simply add the engraving option to the cart and we will manage the rest.
BIRCH PLYWOOD COLOURS PALETTE
Our birch plywood comes in a variety of colours for you to choose from. Our standard is the Black Hexa Design Plywood. Only the finish differs from colour to colour, the birch plywood used is the same. Do note that the production time and price will increase if you choose something different from our standard Black Hexa Design Plywood.
